We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange or refund BABYCARE UAE products in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 30 days of the purchase date, except for certain conditions outlined in our policy.

Items not eligible for exchange or refund include those damaged due to misuse, showing signs of wear, that have been assembled or installed, missing an identification number or code, or items such as diapers, tissues, wet wipes, sanitation products, towels, creams, and lotions unless they are defective. Electrical components, baby beds, and “go out” products do not carry any replacement warranty.

If you received a defective item, we reserve the right to determine the defect and will repair or replace the defective products at our discretion. Please ensure the item is in its original packaging and includes all accessories and promotional gifts.

No, the original purchase receipt is required for all exchange or refund requests. Without it, no request will be accepted.

  • Exchange:You can exchange items at any BABYCARE UAE store.
  • Refund:Refund requests will be accepted only at the store where the item was purchased. The refund will be processed in the same mode as the original payment. Cash refunds are available for cash purchases, and credit/debit card refunds will be processed back to your card.
  • The refund process for credit/debit card payments can take an additional 2-15 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.
